A maritime security event has been reported in the vicinity of Hudaydah, Yemen in the vicinity of position 14-48N 42-57E on June 13, 2018. It has been confirmed. The nature of the event is reported to be combat operations. Exercise caution when transiting this area. Further updates will be provided when available. This alert will automatically expire on June 20, 2018. Any questions regarding this alert should be directed to MARSEC@state.gov."
