BIMCO has developed four annexes for specialised tasks not covered under the SUPPLYTIME charter party.
The SUPPLYTIME charter party from BIMCO is often used for a variety of offshore related tasks and operations that do not fall under the charter, tasks such as operating a helideck or motion compensated gangway or providing crew changes and replenishment of stores when working offshore for extended periods of time.
To help SUPPLYTIME users ensure that the minimum requirements for specialised tasks and operations are properly covered when using SUPPLYTIME 2017, BIMCO has published four operational annexes: Helicopter and Helideck Operations; Extended Offshore Support; Crew Qualifications; and Walk to Work.
More annexes are currently under development, including annexes for dynamic positioning (DP), remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and diving platform operations.
The four new annexes can be found here.
BIMCO would like to thank the following people for their help in developing the special task annexes for SUPPLYTIME:
Veritas Petroleum Services (VPS) publish regular Bunker Alerts based entirely on fuel samples and have kindly permitted BIMCO’s Members to access this information.
The Bunker Alerts are not intended to be an evaluation of overall bunker quality in the port or area concerned, but usually highlight a specific parameter within the fuel which has raised a quality issue.
