IMSBC Code Shipper Responsibility and Cargo Declaration Form
Overview
Shipper's responsibility under SOLAS, MARPOL and the IMSBC Code and obligation relating to the cargo declaration form.
Be aware that a change occurs on 1 January 2025. Amendment (Amdt) 06-21 (2022 edition) will cease to be valid.
Amendment 07-23 (2023 edition), which has been in voluntary application since 1 January 2024, will enter into mandatory force on 1 January 2025.
