Newbuilding report dated 19 October 2021

A healthy number of newbuilding orders continues to surface on a weekly basis, with buyers‘ interest being divided across all sectors last week. The Ultramax units have been extremely popular among the dry bulk sectors with a total of 33 units being ordered during the 2H of 2021

The weekly newbuilding report by Intermodal Research & Valuations feature, include newbuilding prices for dry bulk-, tanker- and gas shipping segments. Additionally, recent newbuilding orders are listed by units, type, size, yard, expected delivery date and price.
