Launch of the new version of SmartCon

We are excited to announce the launch of the new version of SmartCon, which has replaced SmartCon Online. Our goal is always to provide our users with the best and most up-to-date technology, and we believe that this new version will offer a more enhanced and user-friendly experience.

The new SmartCon has been designed with our users in mind, incorporating your feedback to provide a more intuitive, reliable, and efficient platform. We are confident that you will find it a valuable tool for your needs.

The new SmartCon includes an import function designed to facilitate a smooth transition from Word. This will ensure your existing work can be easily transferred.

Support for SmartCon in Word is scheduled to end on 1 May 2024. We strongly encourage you to transition to the new version of SmartCon before the support ends. Our product team will be available to assist you with any issues or queries.

We welcome all questions and queries from all of our customers and look forward to supporting you during this improvement. Naturally we expect to be busier during this time and they may be a slight delay in responding however please be assured we will respond to all emails and calls.
