United Nations sanctions against Liberia were terminated under United Nations Security Council Regulation 2288 (2016) dated 25 May 2016.
European Union Regulations on Liberia - Lifted
On 20 June 2016 European Union issued Council Regulation (EU) 2016/983 repealing the remainder of its sanctions against Liberia in accordance with United Nations Security Council Regulation 2288 (2016) dated 25 May 2016.
