European Union Regulations on the Republic of Guinea
European Union sanctions include:
- restrictions on admission of designated individual
- the freezing of funds and economic resources of designated individuals.
On 27 October 2009 the EU Council adopted Common Position 2009/788/CFSP introducing restrictive measures against the Republic of Guinea. These measures were replaced on 25 October 2010 by Council Decision 2010/638/CFSP and subsequently amended by Council Decision 2014/213/CFSP of 14 April 2014.
