Crew Change - Shanghai issues notice
Overview
With the open of 10 Chinese ports to allow for foreign crew change, Shanghai follows up with the issue of notice on its implementation.
Further to our BIMCO news on "China opens up 10 ports for foreign crew change and implements a circuit- breaker mechanism", the authorities at Shanghai Port has issued measures regarding its implementation. Huatai Marine has kindly provided the information in their own circulars: in English translation as well as in Chinese.
Members are to be guided accordingly.
