Newbuilding report dated 12 Novemeber 2019

The newbuilding market remains busy as we head closer to the end of the year, with another generous round of orders surfacing last week, while the appetite for crude carriers specifically seems to have increased further during the past month with Chine Merchants Energy shipping also reported to be considering its fleet expansion with four VLCC newbuildings.

The weekly newbuilding report by Intermodal Research & Valuations feature, include newbuilding prices for dry bulk-, tanker- and gas shipping segments. Additionally, recent newbuilding orders are listed by units, type, size, yard, expected delivery date and price.
