As Managing Director of PHP ship breaking and recycling ind ltd, he is responsible for the day to day operations of the recycling facility which employs 300 workers and staff. He took the bold decision to invest heavily to upgrade the facility and it became the first recycling facility in Bangladesh to achieve statement of compliance under Hong Kong Convention.
