This entry is only applicable for wood products shipped in bulk i.e., products that are loaded and discharged by means of elevator or grab and covers the following : (1) LOGS, (2) TIMBER, (3) SAW LOGS, (4) PULP WOOD, and (5) ROUND WOOD as well as those cargoes that are not dealt with in a separate schedule in the IMSBC Code. Bulk density: 250-500 kg/m3. NOTE: Wood Products - General is not a Bulk Cargo Shipping Name ( BCSN). Logs, Timber, Saw logs, Pulp Wood and Roundwood are BCSNs. |
