We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to help manage our IT compliance and governance processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our compliance efforts using the ComplyCloud SaaS platform, ensuring adherence to data compliance within the EU legislations such as GDPR and the AI Act. Additionally, the student will be involved in supporting change management projects that arise from compliance initiatives.

You will be part of our IT Team, currently existing of 8 team members working on different projects.
What you will be doing?
• Assist in managing and maintaining compliance with EU legislations, including GDPR and the AI Act.
• Support the IT team in implementing and monitoring compliance-related processes and controls.
• Participate in change management projects related to compliance, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are met across the organization.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to compliance activities and change management projects.
• Training and educating staff on IT compliance-related matters.
We are looking for a student who...
• Is currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Law, IT, Security, Business Administration).
• Is in their 2nd year of a BA or AP degree or above
• Has basic understanding of EU compliance regulations, including GDPR and the AI Act.
• Has basic understanding of relevant IT areas.
• Approaches tasks with a proactive and analytical mindset and who has great problem- solving abilities.
• Has effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
