Starting upon sailing last port, then continously with 72/48/24 or as stipulated in the relevant C/P and 6/3/2 hours ETA "GB" lightfloat / Weser Lightbuoy depending on vessel's size drafts and where seapilot(s) have to embark to "Weserlotse Zwei" Bremerhaven (tlx No.: 238605 welts d). Reporting procedures and vessels traffic services (VTS): 1 Kind of Reports; Ship's announcement as per Para. 58 item 2 SeeSchrStrO Remarks: will normally be made by agent. For vessels carrying dangerous cargoes: 24 hours before ETA or on departure from last port to the Wasser- und Schiffahrtsamt, Wilhelmshaven, Dept. Verkehrszentrale (VZ) - stating: a) Vessels name and call signal b) ETA pilotstation c) Nationality d) Vessel's length over all (LOA) e) Vessel's draft f) Last port of call g) Destination h) Kind and quantity of cargo i) IMO number, when carrying chemicals or liquified gasses, indication whether a valid certificate according to IMO Code for chemical tankers or gas tankers is existing on board j) Declaration about deficiencies of ship or cargo k) Name of ship oener or authorised agency l) DWT / GT / IMO-GT (IMO-GT = GT less SBT-Tonnage) Initial Report (IR) Remarks: All vessels exceeding 50 m in length must report their IR before entering the Territorial Waters of the Federal Republic of Germany at positions marked on the sea charts, reporting: a) Vessel's name b) Position c) Dimensions (LOA, beam , GT and draft) d) Port of destination Position Report (PR) Remarks: The VTS Centra requires this PR for identification of vessels on VTS radar screen and to combine the radar echo with the received datas.
