United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Eritrea
United Nations sanctions include:

Arms embargo
UNSC Resolution 1907 (2009) dated 23 December 2009 imposed an arms embargo (paras.5, 6 and 12).
5. Decides that all Member States shall immediately take the necessary measures to prevent the sale or supply to Eritrea by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft, of arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment, and spare parts for the aforementioned, and technical assistance, training, financial and other assistance, related to the military activities or to the provision, manufacture, maintenance or use of these items, whether or not originating in their territories;
6. Decides that Eritrea shall not supply, sell or transfer directly or indirectly from its territory or by its nationals or using its flag vessels or aircraft any arms or related materiel, and that all Member States shall prohibit the procurement of the items, training and assistance described in paragraph 5 above from Eritrea by their nationals, or using their flag vessels or aircraft, whether or not originating in the territory of Eritrea;
12. Decides that all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the direct or indirect supply, sale or transfer by their nationals or from their territories or using their flag vessels or aircraft of arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment, and spare parts for the aforementioned and the direct or indirect supply of technical assistance or training, financial and other assistance including investment, brokering or other financial services, related to military activities or to the supply, sale, transfer, manufacture, maintenance or use of weapons and military equipment, to the individuals or entities designated by the Committee ...
UNSC Resolution 2060 (2012) dated 25 July 2012 provided exemptions to the arms embargo (paras. 11 and 12).
11. Decides that the Eritrea arms embargo imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 1907 (2009) shall not apply to protective clothing including flak jackets and military helmets, temporarily exported to Eritrea by United Nations personnel, representatives of the media and humanitarian and development workers and associated personnel for their personal use only;
12. Decides also that the measures imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 1907 (2009) shall not apply to supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use, as approved in advance by the Committee;
UNSC Resolution 2111 (2013) dated 24 July 2013 affirmed the arms embargo with certain exemptions (paras. 12 and 13).
12. Decides that the arms embargo on Eritrea shall not apply to supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian or protective use, as approved on case-by-case basis in advance by the Committee;13. Decides that the arms embargo on Eritrea shall not apply to protective clothing, including flak jackets and military helmets, temporarily exported to Eritrea by United Nations personnel, representatives of the media and humanitarian and development workers and associated personnel for their personal use only.
Asset freeze
UNSC Resolution 1907 (2009) dated 23 December 2009 established an asset freeze, freezing of funds and economic resources, of designated individuals and entities (para. 13) with certain exemptions (para. 14).
Travel ban
UNSC Resolution 1907 (2009) dated 23 December 2009 established a travel ban on designated entities (para. 10) with certain exemptions (para. 11).
United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Eritrea and Ethiopia (Expired)
UNSC Resolution 1298 (2000) dated 17 May 2000 decided that Member states shall prevent the sale or supply to Eritrea and Ethiopia, by their nationals or from their territories, or using their flag vessels or aircraft, of arms and related materiel of all types, including weapons and ammunition, military vehicles and equipment, paramilitary equipment and spare parts for the aforementioned, whether or not originating in their territory.
Exempt from these measures are the supplies of non-lethal military equipment intended solely for humanitarian use, as approved in advance by the Sanctions Committee established under Resolution 1298.
The resolution's duration was for one year and expired on 16 May 2001.
